The research results showed that in Moldova it would be better if there were a gradual replacement of labour books so the citizens can adapt to the new system and, besides that, there is a part of the population digitally non-literate, for which, perhaps, it will be very difficult to use the new system, that is why we propose that in the initial phase labour books to not be mandatory, but optional and those who wish, in addition to electronic account, may have a labour book or something similar in printed form.
